This analysis assesses existing policies in the PRS, reviewing intervention strategies aimed at advancing measures to address energy poverty among vulnerable households.

Marine Cornelis recorded a podcast episode to discuss this issue with Manon Burbidge and Professor Stefan Bouzarovski. They discuss the findings of their "Report analysis on energy poverty in the private rented sector" as part of the #ENPOR project.

The International Union of Property Owners (UIPI) conducted an online survey to assess European property owners’ capacity and willingness to renovate their homes. Over 10,000 respondents in 36 European countries replied reflecting how the sector and households are adapting and making their properties more climate friendly, and how the Covid-19 has affected their original plans.

Climate Alliance is supporting the scalability study of the ASSIST Model - an established and tested model for all entities providing an Integrated Contact Point (a home energy advisor or a group of advisors) to citizens facing energy vulnerability issues.
