Structural Barriers to Investments in Energy Efficiency Policies in the Private Rented Sector

We invite you to complete this survey, which is being conducted as part of the ENPOR (Energy Poverty in the Private Rented Sector) project.

Your answers will be used to inform a review of driving forces and factors that prevent investment in the energy efficiency of dwellings in the private rented sector in Europe.

The survey is anonymous, safe and should take 5-10 minutes to complete. Participation in this survey is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time. Thank you for taking the time to complete this questionnaire.

Questionnaire on Counselling Services for Citizens Facing Energy Vulnerability

Climate Alliance is supporting the scalability study of the ASSIST Model - an established and tested model for all entities providing an Integrated Contact Point (a home energy advisor or a group of advisors) to citizens facing energy vulnerability issues.

Do you already offer similar services for citizens who have difficulties? Do you think your municipality will need to set up such counselling services or one-stop-shops in the near future?

We would like to know more - about your views on energy poverty in municipalities, citizen counselling in municipal climate protection and whether such counselling services exist and are linked or needed in your organisation / municipality. The survey is open until the 5th of May.
